I had a great experience finding a flat with SLM. David was always willing to visit the property and send videos, which were very useful for me while looking for a flat from abroad. David was very helpful with any issues or questions that I had before moving. And they have dogs in their office! highly recommend :) EDIT: I just wanted to add to this review, after a few months in our flat rented through SLM we have decided to move on, but I can highly recommend SLM as an agency. Communication with David was easy and he was very responsive to any issues we had. Anyone looking for property to rent in the Streatham Common area should definitely consider SLM!

I just rented a property through SLM and had a fantastic experience with them. The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. They were quick to answer any questions I had and made the renting process seamless and stress-free. They did a fantastic job cleaning the property, replacing broken items with brand new appliance and removing everything else we did not need. I highly recommend SLM to anyone (tenant and landlords) looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency to work with. Their level of service is exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you SLM for providing such a positive experience!

I would say the best letting agency in London. I was looking for a house, I had many issues and needed support and assistance in order to find the right property for me and my needs . I worked personally with David Stevens. He is an excellent and knowledgeable agent who goes the extra mile for his clients. We rented a two bedroom apartment in Streatham Common and not only did he find us a great place,he coordinated all the utilities, got the property deep cleaned and even managed to organise a replacement fridge freezer with the landlord. Would highly recommend David as an outstanding estate agent.
