Hi my daughter attended to Monkey Puzzle from age of 8months old until 3years old I just wanted to say a big Thank you to all the staff who helped my daughter grow and develop through her experience in nursery, but to the Manager I dont have No Words to say about her.

Worst nursery ever existed. Caroline been writting fake reviews and requesting agency staff to review also. Hilarious and desperate.

A shocking nursery! I worked here nearly 2 years and worst nursery ever! Manger is the rudest person and will shout in your face and also talk about you to other staff members not keeping confidentiality in the setting, all practitioners have favoured children, babies are treated badly and left in the sleep room to cry and also do not get checked regularly by staff as not enough staff. reported to ofsted and I know loads off parents left after I left also calling ofsted and found new nurserys due to the lack off communication and the way the children was being handled! The food they cook but the chef who is the mangers mother in law lacks in nutrition for the children and made to look better to the parent/career. They are under staffed as the nursery has three rooms babies, toddlers and pre-school and two members off permanent staff and the rest is all agency which is bad for the children as its not a familiar face they see everyday and can affect there development and connections they make. There are no educational activities which are going on with no purpose off learning for the children. When ofsted come to observe the nursery the manger tell all staff what to say as we dont have enough training and feel confident due to the way we are treated by her and the mother in law ( cook in the nursery) the deputy manger jade and also manger Caroline ensure thats no parents know when they child has been upset or crying and sometimes when accidents has happened as they never want to make a customer ( partners/careers) upset which I feel is not telling a true reflection on how your child is developing or setting in. If you want your child to be confident, happy and safe I would definitely not recommend this nursery. The manger makes these reviews herself only two on here have generally been parents
