Been a customer here for several years. Good service usually and staff are friendly. A couple of incidents with payments few years ago- I had paid and the Asian lady at the counter did not stamp my receipt and asked for a second payment on collection. Lesson learnt for me on that occasion.I had to produce a bank statement to back up my payment which was annoying. Since then I never pay in cash and I always check if the receipt has been stamped. Apart from that, pretty good service. Store is kept nice and clean and being close to the station, can drop off or pick up on way home.

A good service and reasonable price generally, but I did not receive back the original bag or hangers for my suit etc. I'm not sure if this is typical practice for dry cleaners and these are always kept/thrown away so just something to learn from and not leave anything with the items, but still frustrating when the replacements provided are basic wire or thin plastic; you can't help but feel slightly cheated.
