        I attended a six-week initial puppy school course online with the wonderful Sarah Owen. Sarah is professional, knowledgable, encouraging, and clearly cares a great deal about dog welfare - her approach encourages training that is based on kindness, positivity, and mutual respect. I was initially skeptical and a little nervous about the effectiveness of online training, but my pup Woody came on leaps and bounds with each lesson. The aftercare (via email) following each lesson responded to each owners' specific concerns/queries and included relevant videos and advice to target problem behaviours. Woody completed his course yesterday and I've already sent an enquiry about the follow-up Puppy University course. I couldn't recommend Puppy School enough!
