Being a first time Mum brings on so much anxiety but the team at Fatemah made me feel so reassured when sending my little boy there. Very happy.

Worst Nursery Ever Please Avoid. They changed the hours recently, we then moved nurseries as it didn't suit us and they kept the deposit. Awful nursery .. Many Issues with Management

I sent my first child to Fatemah Day Nursery and plan to send the rest of kids there too. I love the staff and am very satisfied with the level of preschool education they provide. My son has become much more confident and social despite his hearing difficulty which the nursery did best to accommodate. I am so very sad about my sons nursery finishing because of the bond he has developed with everyone there! Simply love it!

I highly recommend Fatemahs Day Nursery, the management team and aunties are all very professional and provide excellent and loving care to our little boy. Prior to nursery our little boy didnt have the chance to socialise with many others due to lockdown and so we were very anxious about leaving him. But he settled in immediately, eating well there, sleeping well, playing and developing so many new skills. Each day we receive happy pictures of him along with a detailed description of his day and development updates, which always makes us smile. Thank you Fatemahs Day Nursery!

Fatemah's are very strict. You are not allowed in the nursery when collecting or dropping your children and have to wait on the street. The wait times can be very long. The longest I waited was 32 minutes but I would say average waiting time for your child is 12 minutes on collection. You cannot collect your child ad hoc if before 4pm, you must choose from specific times (from memory 12pm, 2pm or 3pm) and you must book this in, in advance. You are not allowed to leave scooters or bikes (or anything that is not a pushchair) at the nursery and they frequently send emails asking parents not to leave pushchairs unless they really have to. They continued to nap our child despite us asking them not to. They charged fees all through the time when they were closed because of lockdown (100% for the first month, 75% the second and 50% the 3rd). This equates to a 4 figure sum we were made to pay over the lockdown period when my children did not attend the nursery at all, if we wished to keep their place. The also refused to furlough staff during this time to try and save parents money because 'they didn't want to'. They have also not reinstated some services they used to provide pre-covid (such as washing blanket you now have to take home and wash your childs blanket every week). You are also required to provide many things that other nurseries include like sun cream, sudocrem, cups, wipes etc. Current fees for a full time place for preschool age children are 1,326 per month. Would not recommend. In response to Fatemah's reply, this is not accurate. We took our daughter out before school age and she currently attends another nursery in the area as we were so unhappy with Fatemah's we felt it was worth the disruption of moving her. Neither of our children completed their 'full journey' at Fatemah's but also atttended another nursery. Furthermore I am not referencing the imposed staggered collections which limited you to collecting your child within a 15 minute window during Covid, but the current provision up to the date we removed our child (August 2022) where you are not allowed in the nursery to collect your child as you were pre Covid. I am informed by other parents this has not changed or improved since we left. Please do get in touch with Fatemah's and ask them how much they charged parents during Covid!
