Shocking service staff rude and don't speak in English an absolute disgrace

There is a South Asian looking woman there that needs to be FIRED. I work in HR and she wouldnt get through the door in my company. Absolute EVIL and DISRESPECTFUL energy. She has a little posse of boys in there who laugh and follow suit on her disrespectful ways. The customer service is ABYSMAL. 1 man in there has manners, we all know who he is. The rest? Call a CULL. NEVER any bags for the self-checkout so we cant check ourselves out without them. Whats the point? Staff always in the way with their big trolleys. They dont care if a customer is trying to pass by or get something. I do not leave reviews but Ive had enough. Id like to speak to who is in charge of that team. Theyre disgusting.
