De Ver Cycles

I've just purchased this lovely Giant Contend Ar2 from De Ver Cycles. Having never bought a bike online before I was a bit hesitant. I ordered it just after the Easter break and the expected delivery was Thurs/Friday that same week which I wasn't expecting being so soon after Easter. I rang De Ver Cycles on the Monday to enquire when the bike would be shipped. I think I spoke to Maurice, who went to check on the bike as I was on the phone and he told me the bike would be sorted either that day or Tuesday. I then received a message from Troy,Monday evening, telling me the bike was being shipped that evening and I would receive a message from FedEx. No sooner had I read his message, when I received a message from FedEx telling me the bike would be delivered the next day between 08:30 -12:30. The bike arrived at10:30 ...I unpacked the bike and assembled it. Made some minor adjustments and set it up to my requirements. I took it for a spin yesterday and had no problems with it whatsoever. I live in Yorkshire and made a saving of 460 on this bike. I'm very happy with the service I received from De Ver Cycles and would not hesitate to by another bike from this shop in the future.

Very happy customer here. I got a great deal on a Giant Propel ('22 model) - best part of 1k off the rrp on the giant site. The communication, dispatch, and personal instructions for the build were all perfect. The bike itself is amazing, only thing I would have asked for is the option to have stem slammed (as you can see, its a tad on huuuuuge side), but that leaves me with a project to work on, so all good. Will buy from De Ver again, when I get my next Giant TCR

I found De Ver Cycles by accident! I was looking for a Giant TCR which dealers near to me did not have. An internet search brought me to De Ver Cycles. They had the bike I wanted. Never having bought a bike from a distant dealer I gave them a call just to make sure that they did actually have it in stock. I had a chat with a very helpful gentleman who confirmed it was in stock and answered all my questions including that they would be able to ship it to me. I placed my order. Never having had a bike delivered like this I was unsure what to expect. However after a few days I got a phone call from a very polite gentleman who checked with me that it would be all right to have it delivered the next day which was a really useful check. The bike arrived today delivered by FedEX as per the tracking number that I was sent. The box looked factory fresh so it had been treated with care both at De Ver and FedEx which was a refreshing change. The bike itself was just as I expected - fantastic. Obviously being sent by FedEx I had a few things to assemble - the handlebars and front wheel, but this was minimal work. Although the packaging looked just as it must have when it left the factory it was clear that the bike had been checked by De Ver before being dispatched. Every thing was just perfect, I just need some perfect weather to take it out on the road! I had a great experience in dealing with De Ver Cycles and the people working there are first class! Would most certainly buy from them again.
