They're very human at dealing with our pets. They do focus on the pets' well being. They're friendly, loving and straight to the point. They're indeed efficient and competent at what they do. I'm really pleased and grateful to them.

Had a superb experience at Streatham Hill Vets getting my puppy Whisky vaccinated. I was seen immediately as soon as I came in, and the reception staff were super polite and friendly, and the surgery was in tip-top condition. I felt so welcome! Alice the vet was amazing with my puppy, and explained everything clearly and confidently. Whiskys tail didnt stop wagging throughout. Even Whisky is looking forward to going back for his next appointment! I cant recommend them enough. :)

So unhappy!!!!!!! the last experience was disappointing. I went here because in the past there was Dr. Gabriela, a super professional, all the words of praise about her. but unfortunately after she left there, the total lack of professionalism. I went for a check-up with the puppy because she had pain in one of her paws, they consulted her, in fact they didn't even look at her and quickly did blood tests, they had to take her blood twice because the first time she gave the car error, I waited 4 hours there. from the place where they took his blood, even now the puppy has a swelling after 4 months. I also paid for nail cutting, it was still 270 pounds. they also gave me penicillin to give him. after not even a month I returned to them because the swelling did not disappear from the place where they had taken blood, I noticed after the nails that they were not cut, and the puppy was still limping, the problem with the paw had not been solved. the second time they wanted to make me pay for everything, explaining to them that I was there because they didn't do their job well the first time, I was worried about the swelling she had on her paw where they had taken blood. fortunately but at the same time unfortunately because I found out about him too late, I ended up at the best veterinary doctor through a recommendation, Addison & Holland Vet, who told me that my puppy has a neurological problem in his leg due to his age he has it, but unfortunately it's much too late to do anything, if the diagnosis was correct from the beginning something could have been done, and the consultation with this wonderful doctor who takes care of puppies out of passion was 37 pounds. be careful who you hand your animals over to. I recommend ADDISON AND HOLLAND VET.

With sincere thanks to Alan and Tegan, for their exceptional service given to both me, and my little boy. I can say with confidence that he must be one of the most challenging patients that they have ever had to help. They took the time to gain his trust. I didnt feel rushed at all. They were kind, professional, PATIENT, and were determined to help us. He seems to be feeling better for it- Everything crossed! Again, thank you from a very anxious Mum and her furry boy!
