Hellishly slow, don't expect to have your pizza on time. I've ordered collection from here twice, and even though the app said it was ready, we had to wait 25min+ each time. Today, the pizza marked ready only started to be prepared 15minutes AFTER I arrived. I was told "It's Monday" but it is not a reason for misleading collection times. Management should hire more staff or fix the timing issues. A sad review as I love PapaJohns

Abhorrent, ruthless monsters! I ordered buffalo wings and recieved plain wings. I phoned and the manager told me she would call need to speak to her colleagues and get back to me. She never did. Rude, traumatising experience

Completely cold pizza, rude and entirely disappointing customer service. Waiting an hour for a pizza, had said on the app it was out for delivery for nearly 40 minutes, after 2 attempts finally got through to the help line and they said the driver had left it in our 'safe box'. No safe box mentioned in my delivery notes, the doorbell 100% wasn't rang as both me and my dad were in the whole time, and came down to a completely cold pizza. Been a customer for over 10 years and can't believe, despite a clear app fault (it still said it was out for delivery, not delivered) and the rider not doing his job (ringing the bell), I'm left with a cold pizza and was entirely dismissed by the rude lady on the phone. I won't be using Papa Johns again. #66064144

Ordered a pizza and a side took over an hour and was barely warm so disappointed won't be ordering again
