After having unpleasant experience I've realised that I would switch this pharmacy to another where the service will be delivered in the discreet way when it comes to get prescribed medication of intimate nature without having to say out loud in front of other people what medication was prescribed, because pharmacist can't find it in the system and just asking you when other people are around putting you to the blush. Noone even say sorry to me, not to mention apologies when I've said that it should have been asked in the discreet way (for instance, written down on the paper).Staff didn't even realize that something wrong happened... The girl that was dealing with me just told me that is on me because I was standing far away from her(but it doesn't matter how close to her I am or how far away I am from her the people are around and can hear it; I just wanted to be protected from being heard of what medication I was prescribed, because it was medication of INTIMATE NATURE, I felt embarrassed and being put to the blush by UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR). She didn't even hand the medication to me and has asked her colleague to do this. When I told her colleague that in the future it should be done in the discreet way and I was forced to say out loud the medication prescribed he went to me Oh, ok, ok, ok.....(no apologies, no even sorry) That is no OK at all....Noone wanted to listen to why I was unhappy. Firstly I was put the blame that I was standing not to close enough , secondly I was being shut up by telling ok, ok when I was trying to tell what I was unhappy with.....There was not even sorry... That was awful, I'll never ever come back......
