Damien has been my principal point of contact during a fairly difficult sale process, and has been absolutely outstanding throughout. I am confident that he has represented my interests well in negotiations with the purchaser, and on more than one occasion has steered me away from decisions that would not have been sensible. He has always been on hand with reassurance and good humour, and his apparently limitless patience and thoughtful, pragmatic advice have been invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend him (and Marc, and Winkworth generally) to anyone looking to sell their property in the Streatham area.

We sold our property with Winkworth this year. The sale of our property had previously fallen through, which had left us feeling edgy - but as soon as Jackie took over I was put at ease. She managed our sale effortlessly. I totally trusted her judgement and she made sure I was kept in the loop and ensured good communication between ourselves and the buyers. Estate agents have a bit of a bad rep, and tbh I've met a lot that live up to that stereotype - but Jackie was a breath of fresh air!

Im so glad I chose Winkworth (Streatham) to sell my property this year. They found me a buyer within two weeks of it going on the market with a decent offer and properly vetted them to make sure they could follow up on their purchase. Now that completion has taken place, I realise just how much support Winkworth have given me - particularly Jackie. They have been professional, responsive, knowledgable and keen to be of assistance at all times throughout the process. Winkworth managed our property for 6 years while we lived overseas. They are a great team who took good care of the place, responding quickly when there were issues, dealing with tenants, getting the place let when tenants moved out and so on. I recommend them.
