Alterations were fine but my brand new clothes now stink of cigarette smoke, not a great look for a dry cleaners!

Terrible. I left an expensive puffer jacket with this drycleaners. when i got it back it was ruined. The lettering was pealing, the jacket was no longer puffy and had stains on it that weren't there when I brought it in. The worst customer service also, insinuating that it was my fault, saying "how many times have your worn it, maybe the stain cant come out" even though I bought the jacket 3 weeks earlier and wore it once!

I had Heritage dry clean two suits for me. When I went to collect them, they couldn't find my suits anywhere and it then transpired that they hadn't even remembered to clean one of them, but that didn't stop them from trying to charge me for it. I agreed to collect this suit later. When I went to collect, they were closed at 6.20pm despite previously telling me they were open until 7pm on weekdays. Once I finally collected, they claimed they had cleaned the suit twice but there was still a stain on the arm. Throughout this whole process I tried to call them numerous times but nobody ever answers their phone. There are lots of dry cleaners around the Streatham area, do yourself a favour and use a different one. Services: Laundry pick-up, Organic dry cleaning
