        Took a quality white t-shirt in to be dry cleaned and it has back with worn spots and a large off colour stain. The shirt had 2 very small spots I wanted to the cleaners to attempt to remove. They mentioned that the spots may not come out (which is fine) but that they would try. Now instead I have a very large brown stain instead, as well as worn through areas that didn't exist before - it looks like cleaning chemicals have been spilt on it and eaten away the fabric. I wish they had owned up to it at the time (the cleaner must have known), instead they didn't mention it and I didn't find out until I got home.
