Sadly, I have to echo what others have said about accessing the service. (Once you see a doctor or other medic, it's great.) However, there's not much point in a good service, if you can't access it. At the time of writing, I have been trying to get a repeat prescription for the last 10 days. Today, I have been on Dr. IQ again - the worst app I have ever, ever used - trying to get on at 7am as it opens. Again, I can't get on and keep getting timed out. I have almost run out of a drug I rely on. Very worrying!! As others have said, it is impossible to access over the phone. Truly dreadful!

Referrals are very unlikely to happen. While Ive still been waiting to be called for a scan, I already went to A&E for kidney stones, thanks to them not addressing the problem way earlier. Doctors are few, the larger number of practitioners has a very basic and general knowledge of the human body. But the biggest issue is admin staff - with the exception of one person - who are too relaxed, often rude and visibly looking forward to getting rid of you (which, for unhealthy patients, is really inhumane to experience). I went three times last week to get them hand the right urine sample to me. They kept getting it wrong and that delayed my diagnosis.

I love the service, the secretaries are very talkable, they try to find a solution to each circumstance, Dr. Omar is my baby's very good pediatrician, they have a lot of staff

I am so happy with the services of the GP. I discovered the big impact is making the #LatinConnection# in the Spanish and Portuguese community. I will recommended people who is living around the area and register in the Edit Cavell GP, can join our WhatsApp Group. We are a big community in South West, we need support as a others minor communities here. We need people to involved and speak up.
