        There is a strong smell of sewage when you enter the store. It's been there for some time. Would probably win custom from M&S if this got sorted.

        The smell in there alone gives it a 1. Its honestly smelt awful in there for 3+ years, sort it out for the love of god.

        Was assisted by the in-store security/customer support? today in the late morning. Young man at the door directed me to the amazon service desk. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was consumer focussed and courteous and had a great sense of humour. Even though I wasn't in the store for long this level of pro-active customer support by the staff made my day. An asset to have this kind of staff for any business - a man going places!!
