CPD Coaches

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I attended a beautiful wedding on the 31st Mar 2018, for which a coach was hired to arrive at 2.50pm to escort guests on to the wedding reception. Myself and other guests were left standing outside the church waiting for this hired coach until 3.30pm, it was a no show. You and your Company caused the utmost distress, it was so upsetting to see the newly wed bride frantically having to arrange lifts and taxi's for her now stranded guests. Your Company is a complete sham, you took money for a service you certainly did not provide.

DEPLORABLE!!! Mr Jackson-Latinwo, this is Natasha Whitton and this is my review. Your behaviour and conduct has been criminal. Let us set a few things straight here: -The total amount paid was 150, and was QUOTED by you. This was not some benevolent gift you bestowed upon me. - At no point in our correspondence have I ever alluded to or confirmed arrival of this phantom coach, it was never there. - I have given you ample opportunity to reimburse me for something that is rightly mine - 150 pounds I deposited in your bank account for a service you failed to provide. - I have answered numerous emails repeating the same information and still you have tried your best to steal from me. - My wedding day was ruined and but behind schedule simply because I trusted I would have a service I paid for. - My honeymoon was ruined because I had to contend first with your aggression and then later your duplicity. - My bank holiday weekend has been marred by your lies. Forget being a good businessman, try to be a decent human being and practice honesty and responsibility. Anyone, and I do mean ANYONE thinking of using this company for any function, take the advice of a spurned and out of pocket bride ... DON'T. I attended Natasha's wedding on the 31\03\18 as her Aunt but also as her Matron of honour. I can confirm as will many of the other guests, that no coach turned up at the designated time that it was booked for, FACT. I actually spoke with Jibby and even had a laugh with him and I explained to him that Natasha wanted everything to run smoothly as we had a schedule to follow on the day, and he assured me that the coach would be on time but instead the guests where left waiting in the cold and rain for a coach that did not turn up, this is not good customer service. The response and excuses from this company are outrageous and I certainly would not recommend them.
