I'd give 0 stars if I could. Arrived at this restaurant at 8.10pm, it was busy and only 2 people serving. At 8.45pm the lady finally came to take our order, she said the ipad was low on battery so she was having to write everything down on pieces of paper. At 9.20pm we still hadn't received food let alone our drinks. Other people had come after us and were served and finished before we even got drinks! They clearly couldnt remember the order of their guests. We asked a member of staff twice about our drinks which he finally brought them over however by this point we had enough of waiting and asked for our meal to go. At 9.38pm they finally came with our food to takeaway but told us the mac n cheese and plantain would be a further 10mins. We complained and the man's response was 'everyones been waiting'! He then walked off. We eventually got all our food ready to go then had to wait a further 10mins to pay as the 2 servers had disappeared. (The restaurant was no longer busy at this point). We got home and noticed we were missing a portion of rice and plantain! I would never go here again, the service is abysmal to say the least! Very disappointed. Whoever owns/runs this establishment needs lessons in customer service and how to run a restaurant.

We waited nearly an hour in the shop to collect our food. All the deliveroo drivers got priority despite us being customers in-store. Waste of time.
