Jazmin Cakes

Judging from the website and Instagram, clearly a good and creative baker, but my experience was not great. I contacted someone regarding a cake for a business celebration in Mid Feb. I was pretty flexible and relaxed with timelines but wanted the cake by mid to end of March. In my texts and phone conversations I knew the baker was on holiday for some of this time. Most of my requirements were agreed on the phone and I also put them in an email. After one month, I had no acknowledgement of my emails and no formal agreement in place, so went to another supplier. A huge waste of time and meant I had to find another supplier at short notice. Finally when I heard back via text, I was told it was all a misunderstanding. The text messages were signed with kisses (xxx) - not very professional when dealing with prospective clients in a business capacity. When you're dealing with customers, you should be responsive, reliable and professional.

Jazmin Cakes is a professional cake company with a meticulous eye for detail. Our wedding cake not only looked great but also tasted absolutely delicious! There was also great flexibility with regards to the flavours we opted for. Yuri, thank you for creating our wedding cake and for having so much patience over the past year of postponement during the pandemic. The cake looked absolutely stunning and was exactly what we were looking for!

We absolutely loved our cake - and so did everyone else. Not only did it look amazing, but the flavours were amazing and the cakes were super moist too.

I ordered a cupcake bouquet for a work colleague's birthday. It was an absolute show-stopper. Absolutely gorgeous and the birthday girl was beyond thrilled to receive it. The cupcakes were also delicious even if it was sad to destroy such a work of art! I will be ordering again and would 100% recommend Jazmin cakes off the back of this!

Yuri made the most beautiful cake for our wedding. We had a three-tier cake consisting of two layers of banana and caramel and the middle layer being strawberry and white chocolate. The communication throughout was professional and friendly from start to finish and needless to say, our guests found the cake to be beautifully presented and delicious. Yuri is absolutely talented!! We are very grateful to you for being part of our special day. Highly recommend and would absolutely come to Jazmin Cakes again in future. Thank you!
