Great bike shop. Always super helpful and have good stock levels. Never bother going anywhere else.

Today at the last minute I had to go to Balfe's Bikes in Streatham to get my back brakes checked today. A big shout out to Ollie, who went above and beyond to check and tighten the brake line and adjusted my brake pads. I have been to Balfe's Bikes before and can say that nothing has changed in the great quality service that they provide

I bought my mountain bike from Balfes Streatham a few months ago and on building it Mike and Vlad were very patient with all of my queries. Its reassuring to have an MTB rider in a London bike shop. Have since been back for my complimentary tune up after 6 weeks which tightened everything up after a few hard rides. I was also helped out massively by Rebecca and Mike before the bank holiday, where they sorted a out seized brake calliper against the odds and saved a weekend away riding. Extremely grateful for that. Its a very busy shop and they could maybe use a few more resources sent their way.
