        Rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment booked in the morning, got there 15 mins early to wait in the pouring rain and an hour later the shutters were still down. I called the number several times and there was no answer. Eventually I left and never got a call back to explain what happened and why she never turned up. Very unprofessional, not impressed! Service: Hairstyling
