Stay away, they have no clue what there doing I left my accounts in there hands and received fines stating I added everything up wrong, didnt account for everything and under paid my tax. Dont do it to yourself there an expensive waste of time.

Absolutely terrible, unprofessional, disorganised, avoid at all costs. I engaged Williams & Co to manage my ltd co. tax returns on 05/06, stressing that there was an urgency as VAT returns were due. I sent an email following the meeting confirming the arrangement which took a week to get a response. Allowing the benefit of doubt, I made the mistake of not immediately cancelling the arrangement. An update meeting was arranged for 20/07, I arrived and Mr Williams opened my file seeming shocked and puzzled the returns were overdue. When I expressed my disappointment re lack of progress, Mr Williams got angry and for some reason started raising his voice and calling me unprofessional. Net result I'm now late on my returns and likely to face HMRC fines. 1 star is 1 too many.
