I was amazed by the collection from this company and contacted them for a bespoke dining table. Received an email requesting me to pay GBP 12.00 to get a quotation which was very surprising. Throughout my life in the UK I have never heard of a chargeable quotation for a dining table. I was refused to be given any further information without paying the 12 pounds. Very disappointing!

The products look great, but I find the requirement of paying 12 for a quote truly bizarre. I am sure there are plenty of ways to weed out the time wasters, this way is not for me.

Why would I want to use this business if they want to charge 12 for an AUTOMATED ONLINE quote. Product looks great and I thought right for me, but why should I pay 12 to find out if theyre at the right price point. I can only commit to a project if I know how much it costs which Im sure you can relate to! Pay 12 to come into your shop to see the price. No Thanks!
