Stratton Post Office

Post office woman SO RUDE and passive aggressive to my husband because he walked in through the regular shop door and went to use the Post Office, rather than entering through the Post Office door (the doors are side by side and lead into the shop/Post Office SHARED SPACE) So he tried to address it and she became ruder. Then she gave him completely wrong advice about his parcel and refused to serve him with what he wanted to do so he had to go to a different Post Office who confirmed he was right! She is obviously a very unhappy woman but does she have to try to upset everyone else as well?!

Very handy local post office, much easier to use than the one in town. Useful to get a bit of shopping as well instead of having to drive into town

Went to the post office yesterday, and was greeted with a foul attitude at the posting counter. The woman with blonde hair (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was so rude and huffing and puffing as soon as I greeted her at the desk. she snatched my parcel from me and asked if I wished to post second or first class, to which I replied politely, hope you don't mind just checking the price difference for me. She scowled at me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I then asked her if I was able to have proof of postage, and she laughed and didn't respond. She then crumpled up the proof of postage and threw it across the counter. I was nothing but Jolly and polite and this woman completely made me feel like I had ruined her whole day for coming in to post a parcel in the post office. This is my local post office, I will never return.
