Stratton Court is amazing and so are the staff. Sarah Wilkinson was so helpful and professional we managed to move dad into his apartment within a month. Dad couldnt believe we have found such a lovely home for him. Hopefully he wont need it but the care home onsite was another incentive to move him there.

Truly dreadful service in a very nice environment. Nice set up in a well equipped building but. Lousy service. A few examples from a long list from my 90 year old mothers brief stay so far: On check in offered a welcome tour, but instead just taken straight to room. No welcome, explanation of facilities, or scheduled activities provided Meals arrive at random times, often cold, often missing courses (we didnt get any starters today - it often happens things dont arrive stated the helper A handset for the TV tooK TWO DAYS to arrive after a dozen or so requests (including phone calls from family) - essential for someone largely bed bound My last visit I only saw two care staff members - both tapping on their phones And so on Outwardly this place looks very pleasant but care standards and service rock bottom. We were considering for a longer stay, but after trying, no chance!!
