Took Tiguan to diagnose electronics fault which another dealer had failed to diagnose on two separate occasions, Listers quickly found the fault and fitted new parts to correct the problem. Friendly, efficient team providing first class service. Thank You

I first visited Listers Stratford upon Avon 4 years ago in which time I received my first scar and recently my second car throughout that time I have received service which can only be described as superb. The staff are very well presented and forthcoming with refreshment even just popping in for a chat. Thank you all for your kindness and professional attitude. In addition May I thank Joe Rogers for his kindness towards Jean and I GREAT JOB ALL ROUND GOOD LUCK FOR THE FUTURE ONE AND ALL ALLAN TUCKER

We were from out of town, when we had a minor emergency late on a Friday afternoon. We approached this dealership out of desperation as we seriously didn't think they would be able to help, but we had nowhere else to turn. On arrival we explained the cars issue and they took it from there. We sat in the showroom with our young border collie while they attempted to fix the car, unfortunately they didn't have the correct part available, but they did make the car safe so we could drive home, which is around 200 miles from Stratford upon Avon. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. If we lived locally we would be happy to have such a capable team to deal with our car needs. Again thanks to everyone at Stratford Listers. Highly recommended
