Such a brilliant vets. Our two British shorthair cats are in great hands. One of them was sick last night so I called this morning and got a 10am appointment. Dai and Hayley were as welcoming as ever and took great care of Bumble. Thanks as always. Could not recommend this vets anymore. 9th sept 21 update: another visit for the cats annual vaccine and brilliant service as always. We have moved out of the area but I wouldnt want any other vet to look after our cats so its worth the drive. 24 feb 22 update: exceptional service again from Martin and the team. Our cat had been bitten and it had got infected and they were able to fit us in quickly and keep Jaffa in and sort him out. This morning he is back on the mend already. Thanks to Martin and the team once again. April 2023 update. Amazing service as always. Our cat was sick over the weekend so had to use willows emergency care. I asked for Jaffa to be transferred to riverside who I implicitly trust. Whilst willows are thorough (almost to the extreme) Dai just gives honest and upfront advice and is never there to rip you off. A true vet who genuinely cares about the animals. They were able to see Jaffa even though they were not aware of his arrival from willows. Thanks once again to the team. If I could give another 5 star rating I would.

All of my pets have been registered to Riverside and Dai. Hes very blunt (in a good way as you always know where you stand) caring and informative. Its a brilliant practice with kind and caring staff. The two things that set it apart (excluding above) is they always have same day emergency appointments and more importantly Dai does 95% of the vet work himself. Meaning no random vets that dont know you or your animals. Its always a very personal and professional service. Only Vets in the S O A area Id use.

You allways worry about your pets when they have to go to the vets but I've got to give a massive thanks from myself and my cat Thea super friendly and professional staff that made the visit easy and stress free for us both...highly recommended ...

Kind, reassuring and professional. I was worried about my cat and they squeezed in an urgent appointment, were brilliant with her and calmly explained everything to me, including help with the insurance claim process. Im new to the area and this was a reassuring first visit. Thank you so much!

Dai is a wonderful vet and the team are all great: gentle, positive, attentive. Couldn't hope for a better place to get care for my cats, and trustworthy advice for me. Thank you to you all.
