        Lovely place, and unfortunately thats where the good ends. Staff are friendly, but they never call you back. Needed a price for my dogs poorly eye to be priced up as an op. Said theyd call back. They never. Every time you ask why, they fob you off. I have a collie on metacam, they say its been ordered. I go to collect on the day Ive been told to, what a surprise they never ordered it. Weve changed vets now thankfully, and now actually get a great service
