From start to finish Rhys was great and very professional, the communication was great., Its very rare to get a garage who do what they say they would do!! Simply perfect to buy from. Im extremely happy. I will definitely recommend and use again Thank you so much to the team but especially Rhys. The drive was pure luxury on way home especially them massage seats.

I purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 S line in September 2022 initially dealing with Josh and also later with Dan. Six months later, here i am as happy as day one. No nasty dealer surprises or fob offs just good honest service. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys and at 56 years of age and many cars behind me this was without doubt the best car buying experience bar none.If I decide to change I'll definately be contacting JMC. I recently purchased a 2015 Audi A6 Allroad from this garage. Although I live some distance away, I was happy to go with them given the included warranty and testimonials. Rhys was very helpful; a decent part-exchange valuation range was agreed remotely with photos, and I was given the upper end of that once the staff had seen it physically. Rhys even posted something I'd inadvertently left in the car back to be without charge. However, the best test of any dealer is when things don't go to plan: within a few days of ownership, the vehicle developed an emissions fault. Rhys agreed without quibbling to help get it fixed and, once diagnosed as a failed NOx sensor by a garage local to me, he arranged the repair and made payment direct to my local garage. Could not fault them for aftercare - something that isn't always tested. Would definitely recommend JMC, and would buy from them again - despite living 130 miles away!
