Avon Taxis

Never using this company again! Booked a taxi on 14th dec for pickup on 17th dec at 5:30pm. At 5:40 and no taxi, we phoned only to be told they were having issues with their drivers and they will call us back. At 5:50 they called back to say a taxi was on its way, we said we was waiting at the side of the road and he will see us. At 6:15 we spotted the taxi and waved, he drove right passed us and pulled into dodwell park. We phoned the company and told them what happened and they said they would call the driver. Another 15 minutes passed and still no taxi, we called again and once again was told they would inform the driver. Then the driver called us and we told him where we was. He finally came out of the park but when he spotted us waving he went to speed passed us, my partner practically stepped into the road just to stop the guy. Once we opened the door the driver said can you hurry up and get in. No apology, just rudeness. Not a pleasant experience.

Leaving this review as a warning for others. Called to book a taxi for some guests who were eating with us. Taxi didnt turn up at the allotted time. When the Guests tried to call, they didnt answer the phone. I called again and they said that they had other jobs and wouldnt be coming over. Save yourself the trouble and call another company.

Great and easy to use and contact service. Always on time always reliable. Quick to respond and for the price great service. Would highly recommend using them in Stratford to get in and around the area or even further afield.
