        The last 18 months with HAYNE have been quite a journey, for me personally and for HAYNE. The positivity with which HAYNES CEO and the leadership team faced the challenges of the pandemic made me feel confident that mine and other staffs wellbeing was at the fore. At the same time we quickly started to transform and adapt as an organisation and we are emerging from lockdown stronger than ever.         I have been working for Hayne for over 5 years. Although I am home based, I have to often visit the office, for instance, to deliver our famed IBM Cognos Controller courses. Always great to visit the office and catch up with an amazing team of colleagues. A delight to go for a walk at lunch time too - a stone throw away from Shakespeare's birthplace.
