Went to Timpson for a passport photo and the chap who took care of us was fantastic. he was very helpful and went above and beyond in order to give us what we needed. Thanks very much.

Useless! Patronising advisor who was too busy nailing a shoe to look at me. After advising he needs the car to make a key replacement, I go away and 20 minutes later come back to advise the car is over the road. He then begins to question me on whether I have purchased a parking ticket! What the hell has that go to to do with him or Timpson! Let me worry about that! He then sends me away again to put parking on my car and return a third time so he can then help! Meanwhile, a second advisor is just stood there watching. Awful.

I needed a new battery for my Seamaster, and thought I'd call and get some prices. Spoke to Freddie who outlined several options available to me and was very knowledgeable. I arranged a time to pop by later in the day and was greeted by Freddie who was extremely helpful. 20 minutes later my watch was keeping time again, and the battery guaranteed for life. Excellent service from Timpson, and of course Freddie, who is a credit to the company. Keep up the excellent work!
