It is really sad what's going on with our Country, Electric company are relying on company like this to act on their behalf, after 10 years of business with the same supply i had to face someone showing in my door step demanding payment, when he was told that the bill had been settled and given proof of payment, he was still doubting and told me that he will check if the information was genuine. Made me feel like a criminal. That put me off business and forced to sell. Good luck to us all.

Absolutely terrible excuse for a company. I am a single mother to a young Child and a survior of dv. Together with sse this company should be ashamed of themselves. They've broken in to my home claimed they've made several visits before (which I can prove they haven't as have a ring doorbell) made no attempt at helping solve the debts and shoved me with a pre pay meter ( when I have Absolutely NO money to top up) and I have a partner who relies on a resmed for obstructive sleep apnea and a young child in the house. They didn't bother ringing the doorbell to alert me to their presence and just went ahead and allowed between 3 and 5 men to break into my home. Causing me great distress and they've broken my door frame. They didn't inform me when the court date was and think their above the law. A very sorry excuse of a company in a time where cost of living is almost crippling. Disgusting.

This company attended my property today and used intimidation against my ex-partner in front of my 3 year old causing distress and fear, I have complained to scottish power and also left a message for this company to reply to in regard to this incident, i will also follow this up with a complaint to the ombudsman should they fail to resolve the issue, should this company attend your address I would highly recommend calling the police immediately. Total shock and horror that companies such as this can get away with such reprehensible behaviours in 2022.
