Simon was kind enough to spend the time to talk me through over the phone what I needed to do to replace the kitchen sink and tap as well as how to ensure the plumbing kit under the sink was properly sealed and fixed. I completed the job successfully with Simon's professional guidance. Most wouldn't have bothered. Good to know a decent local plumber, should I need one.

Simon went above and beyond today in our hour of need. On day 5 of no water or heating he talked us through what to do and got us sorted straight away. Excellent service, really friendly and we are so grateful. Really cant recommend him more! Thank you

Needed certification for my Gas fire, hob and boiler. Asked Simon who was recommended by my regular engineer. Simon and his lad turned up exactly on time, did an amazing job well above my expectations and was clean and very helpful. I am so impressed that i have asked him if he would be my "Go to" Plumber/Gas Engineer for both my house and all my rental properties. Highly recommended. Service: Heating system maintenance

Simon came highly recommended to us by a contractor who is currently working with us. Our contractor saw how badly we had been let down by another boiler company and immediately stepped in. He made a call to Simon, explained our situation and Simon immediately got in touch. From the first time I spoke to Simon on the phone, to the day he completed our job, he totally lived up to his recommendation. His peers who have worked alongside him, kept telling us, what a great guy Simon is! Extremely personable, extensive knowledge, professional and a breath of fresh air to work with! He understood how badly we had been let down, did his best to get out to us as quickly as he could - and was even able to fit our job in sooner than he first quoted. He understood our needs and was keen to ensure we had heating before the cold weather really sets in. The last day of fitting was a dismal rainy day, Simon cheerfully cleaned the floors and made sure he and his apprentice, left the place clean and tidy before leaving. We are now looking forward to working again on another project with Simon in the future, because he totally understands; it takes far more energy to be a grumpy miserable contractor, than it does to be a bright and cheery one!
