Joined up for the reformer classes just before pandemic and after 2 back operations with a weak foot to improve my strength and flexibility all round .
In the last 6 months benefiting under the brilliant and professional instruction of Jo , so much improvement has been successfully achieved .
For someone of 62 yrs I'm so grateful to be feeling and showing the results ! . Very Highly Recommend.
