John did the most wonderful job live streaming my Mum's funeral in April 2022 & produced the most beautiful video for us, uploaded as a permament memory on You Tube. He was a total rock to us all... our strength & stay on the day. He was so smartly attired, sensitive, considerate, thorough, informative & a perfectionist. He captured every detail both before the actual service, during and afterwards. We could not have asked for more. The quality was excellent & he produced the video after the service within a day. We have had comments from Mum's friends wide & far from all over the world, who were all absolutely thrilled to have been able to share the service with us, as well as before & afterwards & who felt they were there with us. I cannot thank John enough & highly recommend him to everyone who might like a livestream or a video of such an occasion. He is the kindest nicest person & we would not have managed to get through this highly emotional day without him. All thanks & best wishes to John.

Im so glad I decided to video my husbands funeral. John was amazing the video is so good captured everything we wanted. Its such a difficult and sad time but to be able to watch it back is therapeutic for me. I laugh and cry at the memories would recommend John services.

I did not need a recording, but wanted an audio visual display at a crematorium that didn't offer this facility. I don't think John had provided this service before, but came up with ideas and all the equipment to do an excellent Job. He turned up well prepared and rehearsed. Very pleased with the professional and attentive way John provided this service. Would highly recommend.

Oh where to start with the absolutely disgraceful experience weve had with this man. He arrived late to my Mothers funeral because time ran away with him. He made no effort to contact the family to inform us of this so the hearse and funeral party arrived at the crematorium to be told that he wasnt there! The live stream started 25 minutes late and was abysmal, the majority of the service was inaudible and his framing cut off speakers heads. We had to rely on Wesley Media to retrieve missing footage for which he claimed hed paid a considerable sum (30 and the funeral director has had to chase him for payment) and expected us to be grateful that he hadnt charged us! We have asked for compensation to be told, thats not happening. He is no longer replying to our emails (4 have been ignored at last count). He quoted us 300 for solely the livestream but based on conversations he appears to consistently have issues providing a service fit for purpose. He recently charged 3 families for live streams that failed completely. He told me this as an example of people who havent asked for a refund but all I understood is that he regularly charges grieving families for nothing! If you want a pretty basic, slightly dated style video edit then fine consider him, for livestream and professional customer service go elsewhere!!

John is very attentive to how you would like the day to be presented. On behalf of the Vaughan's family for my father's funeral. He set up a video link which was perfect in different viewing angles. And then edited the funeral itself. The time at the church was very blurry for us. So being able to watch it back so beautifully done was amazing. I thank you for all your time and effort John.
