I am very grateful for all the support I received from Helen. She has so much knowledge and experience in what she does, that she immediately understood what my body can and cannot do. She created a workout routine that worked for my body and the results followed without delay. I greatly appreciate all the encouragement, support and help I received from Helen.

This is not a one size fits all type of fitness, this is tailored to your individual needs. Working with Helen has not only improved me physically but mentally too. She focuses on your mindset as well as your physical condition. I am not only losing weight, I am feeling stronger as a person. I have always despised the gym but Helen makes fitness fun and diverse, I always look forward to my sessions with her and the buzz I get from challenging my body. I cannot recommend Helen enough, she has made such a massive difference to me and long may that continue.

I approached Helen as I wanted to improve my fitness and lose weight, but because I have ME and fibromyalgia I was worried about what I would and wouldnt be able to do. Helen has been excellent in tailoring my exercise to account for my conditions. She recognises when I need to rest and ensures that the exercises I do are not too stressful while still helping me to become stronger. I find Helen to be very motivational and I look forward to our sessions.
