        Exceptional customer service. Popped into Jo Malone Stratford before going to the Theatre, what a wonderful experience. Had never been in and wanted to try out the scents without the intimidating hard sell. Couldnt have been more different to what I was expecting - a genuinely warm welcome, and really fun and helpful, no hard sell yet I ended up buying!! Served by Cathy (lovely Irish girl) and felt like I was out shopping with friends! Thank you so much for making my first Jo Malone experience so great, cant wait to go back next time Im in town and treat myself!

        We were looked after by Monica during our visit and we couldnt have asked for better service. She was attentive, personalised the experience to our wedding requirements, listened to our preferences and worked with us to ensure we found the product we really wanted. Shes a credit to Jo Malone and we will both definitely return in future.

        I cant honestly say the ladies in Stratford jo malone were the best ladies around! I took my grandma to help me choose my perfume for my wedding we had the best morning giggles and bubbles she made both of us feel so very special I couldnt be more grateful to them!! We will be back! Thank you so much! Its people like you would make the world a kind place!! Jess and Jean xxxxx
