Anne Benfield Osteopath

Following some feeding difficulties with our newborn son, and after trying a number of different avenues, we were advised to consider visiting an Osteopath. After looking for Osteopaths in the local area, we came across Annes website. We received a response the very same day, which included a phone call to better understand our situation, and the quality of service and care weve received since then has been nothing short of phenomenal. Our son responds really well to her treatments and is noticeably relaxed upon arrival. Whats more, Anne takes great care in ensuring we understand what she is doing and clearly outlines any progress, regression and what steps should be followed thereafter. I cannot recommend Anne highly enough. Her calm and welcoming demeanour, the amazing results and the all round 5-star customer service make her incredible value for money and Id urge anyone, of any age, who might benefit from Annes expertise, to look no further! Weve been so impressed that both my wife and I are considering sessions also!

My son was born with a tongue tie and even after the procedure to cut this breast feeding was excruciatingly painful for me. We met Anne when he was only a few months old and the difference after treatments was clearly noticeable. Feeding is much improved so Im not in pain any more. After a growth spurt he wasnt enjoying tummy time anymore and again after a session, he is now happy to be on his tummy again. Anne is knowledgeable and really listens, is very welcoming and friendly and so calm. I feel we both come away feeling more relaxed! Thank you Anne, its not an exaggeration- this is life changing.

I started taking my son to Anne when he was 9 months old, he is now nearly 11 months and wow what a difference. Sleep was one off our issues and after a traumatic birth he needed a bit off work to help him. After just a few sessions he was like a different baby sleeping for longer stretches and napping better in the day. Not only did Anne help my son relax more and become more comfortable she also helped me understand him better and investigate different issues that I didnt even realise was a problem (eg. dairy intolerance) I am very grateful for this. Such a friendly welcome and made to feel very comfortable. Anne was brilliant with my little boy he always loved having his treatment! Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back in the future.
