I cannot rate all of the staff and service I have received over the past few weeks. The staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient. I have worn varifocals for years however I always have problems getting new ones to fit. Absolutely no problems this time, they fit perfect and my vision is fantastic. Thankyou so much.

I went to stratford and whilst i was there i decided to pop into boots opticans, me and my partner was confronted by a employee asking us who we was and that we will have to leave as we had not booked a appointment in a loud and uncouth manner. I explained that i did not know that we had to book an appointment, but she made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. So we went to vision express and was greeted by friendly staff and i actually purchased my new glasses from them.
