        Good experience having eyes tested,changed day and time of appointment online to have glasses fitted ,received phone call back from member of staff ,told of new appointment time but when turned up, no record of new appointment !!! 50 minutes to have new glasses fitted ,an awfully long time for a simple job !! sometimes difficult for older people ro understand if English was staff's second language.

        As Always, excellent service from Specsavers. Eyes tested by a very pleasant and competent optician, frames chosen (help provided if required). I needed to email the shop on the matter of a 3rd pair of glasses and the store manager telephoned me the very next morning. Excellent customer service. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, polite and provide an efficient service with a smile.
