HiQ Tyres & Autocare Stratford-upon-Avon

After reading some of these negative reviews I am truly shocked, and find them unbelievable - quite literally. I wonder if they are made up by someone. My experience with HIQ Stratford upon Avon is positive. I went in there this morning to have two tyres fitted and it was a pleasure - well apart from having to pay for it, but then that is normal when you buy something. The guys were friendly and professional. The price was the least expensive locally and the job was done in about fifteen minutes. Would I go back there again? I don't see why not.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Dishonest and even when caught out, their attitude stinks!! Told me I needed ALL my brake pads done and they quoted the same price as other garages for ALL pads. When the noise continued I went back- they told me I needed ALL my brake pads done. I proved I had just had it done, so they then changed their story and said the pads were ALL fine and I needed ALL discs instead. I went elsewhere and they had only done my front pads, and the front discs didnt need doing. Wish I had seen the other reviews before I went there I think the brake pad/disc stunt is a con- They put brake pad set on the invoice but then claim it is just the front that you paid for - even though the price charged provided it was for both- BEWARE!!!

This MOT test centre failed our car noting URGENT repairs required. A subsequent test at a more reputable centre dismissed these alleged defects, and our car passed the second inspection. An unprofessional and incompetent service provided by a . UPDATE: HiQ responding to my review and requested that I get in touch to discuss the matter further, to which I did instantly. That was nearly one week ago, more unprofessional and rude behaviour yet again. UPDATE: HiQ still yet to address this poor experience, having initially replied to my review. Awaiting contact from an alleged Area Manager with what I would expect to be a form of compensation due to their unprofessional potential fraudulent behaviour. Three weeks have past since the false MOT was originally conducted. UPDATE: Still no contact from a HiQ representative, shocking and totally unprofessional. The date is 20/3/23.

Cant thank the guys enough for fixing our van tyres at the last minute. Couldnt have been more helpful and saved our holiday! Cheers to Josh and the other three lads. Highly recommend.
