        I have an aunt living there who had a serious injury inflicted some months ago and the family have still not had a formal apology or the results of the investigation. It was a notifiable incident that went to safeguarding and CQC. The residents than are mobile are left alone in their rooms too much with little stimulation or interaction with others .
