Had my nails done by Laiba last Friday morning. I'm so pleased, she was so kind and my nails are so perfect and pretty. Will be definitely going again

The people were lovely in the salon. But the pricing is way to high for the outcome of the service I received. I paid 46 for an ombr set of acrylics and every single nail is filed to a different size and thickness. Also, my acrylics are bumpy due to too much acrylic powder. Acrylic powder was dried by my cuticles. Would not recommend at all for the price.

I came here yesterday to get my two daughters nails painted for there holiday which is in 3 days time it was just a walk in appointment because our preferred salon was full. I was thrilled that the lady agreed to do there nails so late 5 oclock in the afternoon. She told the girls she would do them how they wanted to begin with with. After making us wait 30 minutes she then told us she could only paint there nails has she was in a rush to get off. my 8 year old wanted Acrylics and my 5 year old wanted pink with white dots like mini mouse nails. This Disappointed me as she never told me this at the beginning and we already waited 30 minutes if you have kids you will understand they was impatient to get their nails done and agreed to just have them painted after stating she is would not do Acrylics and could not do nail art My 5 year old nails are completely destroyed smeared on the skin and 8 out of 10 has no nail polish left after just getting them done yesterday shes heartbroken. My 8 year old has red with white dots thats looks like she did them her self they look ridiculous. There was no heat lamp used at all my 8 year old had to ask if she could use the heat lamp her self. After painting my 5 year olds toes she left them to dangle off the chair. Told me to blow on them to dry them. I asked her if they would Smudge she told me no it was okay to put her sandles back on. After doing this when we got home of-cause they were destroyed. My 8 ye old walked back to the car with no shoes at all has the lady would not dry them. I asked her the price at beginning she told me 40 which I thought was Reasonable after using just a plain polish and not even drying theM. If it was too late in the afternoon to do the nails the way they wanted or the fact that they was too young for her to do them why did she not say this at the beginning. This was a special treat for my two daughters to go on holiday they had saved this money for weeks to have their nails done. Now they are so disappointed theyve cried all night I had to remove it all and Im going to have to paint them my self.! She deliberately worded it as she wanted 40 for the two girls then in the end told me she wanted 40 each a total of 80 for smudge polish and even if it was not smudged It was plain polish not gel ! I get my nails done all the time and my girls have them on special treat I have only ever been charged 10 for their fingers and 10 for the toes for plain polish. This was extortionate prices I was so embarrassed I paid and left quickly I feel like a fool for paying 80 for what look like pound shop nail polish and a job that my seven-year-old could do herself. Im disgusted and now have two heartbroken children!!! dont go here!!! So unprofessional! I recommend lovely nails. With nail art and designs to choose from and Normal reasonable prices.
