This family firm stock a line of exclusive jewellery designed by the great-great-grandson of the founder. Very competitive prices, great service, friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyable experience to shop there. They also undertake repair work, and we have had an heirloom piece repaired by them.

A lovely selection of gold and silver jewellery. They have some beautiful pieces using semi-precious stones that you don't often find in a High Street jeweller. The staff are always polite and helpful. If you want to look at a piece from the Shipton's catalogue that isn't in stock, they will order it for you with no obligation to buy. Shopping here is always a pleasure.

First visit to Shipton & Co, Stratford On Avon. Alison served us & was so helpful & friendly. We bought two pairs of earrings & a gorgeous pendant. We also ordered two more pendants. really like the products however am disappointed with the timescale in receiving items. I have found that when I place an order on line the item arrives within a week. However when the order is phoned through it takes considerably longer to arrive. I ordered an item on the 6th of September for a birthday that was on the 18th of September. I am still awaiting delivery. I have chased and was told the item would be with me last Wednesday 22/9 but still hasn't arrived. This is now the 2nd time I have experienced delays when placing my order over the phone and was reluctant to do so this time - however I was using a voucher which could only be used over the phone

Went to the Stratford on Avon shop, very nice experience, lovely shop keeper, wanted to try on rings and not disappointed, purchased ring & earrings. Would go there again
