Poor services, the store manager, Monika when asked after 25 minutes of waiting when someone will see us as we saw people being served before us although we were in store for longer, she behaved outrageously along with her colleagues in a threatening manner (thats how we felt, my family went out immediately) and asked us to leave. We felt humiliated, this has caused a lot of stress and duress for defamatory reasons and not limited to, i felt discriminated against (potentially because i have a beard and i look oriental, that is how i felt) and also i felt harassed due to the fact that all personnel surrounded me and i felt threatened by their attitude- because i asked a simple honest question. Then i mentioned they do not have the decency to behave in a professional manner with customers. The CEO of this company will be served with a lawful notice (not complaint) regarding the above mentioned.

Fantastic service helping my son with his first pre school shoes. Ronnie was super friendly and helpful. Bonus that the shoes were in the sale too. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I went in yesterday with my two daughters for new shoes and wellies. We were served by Ami. She was extremely helpful and kind to my children and they left very pleased with they lovely, very comfortable new footwear. The staff there are always really friendly and knowledgeable, I will never take the girls anywhere else now!
