        Very lovely experience, once again, at this wonderful place. A real traditional jewellers, so knowledgeable, experienced, genuine customer service. Just delightful, cant do enough for you. Wanted solitaire diamond pendant, found the perfect size, colour, carat but in a ring. They were happy to remodel into the perfect pendant and I could not be happier. Sam was particularly helpful, kept my husband appraised throughout the process. Was not there when we collected but female colleague was equally professional and made it a lovely experience. Really stepping back in time moment..try them, you wont regret it.
