        Awful service. I was referred by housing association for a "breathing space" course of help. I had a couple of sessions, they accompanied me to a mental health assessment , there was a misunderstanding I complained they responded, that was that. Subsequently I've emailed in September and October to no avail. Don't expect any help, you won't get much
