Used Craig's services a few times now.. very pleased with the work he and his team have done! Most importantly, I feel I can 100% trust these guys with their diagnostics, and their pricing is very competitive! I stuck with my last garage for 15 years until I stumbled across CMG, and now these guys are my go-to if I ever need any work done.

I tried this garage based on good reviews, but unfortunately I had a completely opposite experience. It was really terrible throughout, I felt like I was lied to throughout, with slow service and over-charging as the final element. I dropped my car off on 28 July (for instrument cluster repair) - a job I was told would take 5 days. After hearing nothing for a week, I called on Friday 5th - and was told the parts were in the post. They'd call back to confirm (nothing). Calling again on Monday 8th, the parts had definitely been sent out now - I could pick the car up Wednesday evening (nothing). Thursday 11th - no updates, and on calling, they confirmed nothing had been sent out, but they'd find out and call me back (nothing again). Friday 12th - there had apparently been a "mix-up" with payments, but the parts were now being sent out. On finally picking the car up Monday 15th, they said they'd only ordered the parts on Tuesday 9th (12 days after I'd dropped the car off, for a job that they'd said would take 5 days). It is hard to explain the first two phonecalls, given this. Having also been told it would cost 250 on the phone, they then charged me 320 when I got there (which seems incredibly expensive for this job). When I asked to see the itemized invoice for the 320, they refused to show this to me - or print out a revised invoice. Throughout all of this (and having my car for 18 days), there was zero attempts to contact me and explain what was going on. Understandably, I now also have zero trust in the work that's been done. When trying a new garage, unfortunately it was everything you'd hope not to experience. Service: Electrical
