        Daughters just been trying to return a couple of expensive jumpers. Chap on the help desk was far from helpful, rude and obnoxious. Told her well I can't help you, then cut the call off. Seems they're going bust with shops closed all over the place, and no wonder. Beware buying, there's little to no customer service.

        Ordered a dress for a niece who is staying with us for 2 weeks from Portugal. The dress was ordered 10 days ago and hasn't arrived yet. When I got in touch with their Costumer Service I was told they would chase the courier and email me. I haven't received any emails from them so I contacted their Costumer Service again the next day. I spoke to Sian who replied that my querie is already being looked after so refrain from duplicating queries and straight away cut me off the chat. So my issue hasn't yet been resolved and I found their Costumer Service rather unfriendly
