I had recently purchased a used car and was not happy with its sound system. As it was still under warranty, I thought I would arrange for a review. I contacted Stratford Audi and arranged for this to be done. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and accommodating on both occasions as I then called 2 weeks later to request if I could add on the oil change that my car was now alerting me to sort. I arrived at 8:30am and was greeted by name by a gentleman in the car park. He explained next steps and after a short wait, Evie came to introduce herself to me and we discussed my concerns. Evie was friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions on the plan for the day. I received a video of the inspection of my car undertaken by Steve who clearly showed me the underside of my car and some advisory points to consider for future and that there appears to be no problem with the sound system. When I returned to Stratford Audi later that day to collect my car, Jack let me sit in another Audi ( same spec model) to check if the sound system was the same. It was and it transpires that my car has the basic sound system not the advanced but thank you Jack for taking the time to compare. I would like to say that I would give Stratford Audi 5 stars in communication; delivery of service; friendliness and professionalism. Thank you Service: Oil change
